Company donation

A MAG technician disarms a bomb in Gaza in early 2009.

The easiest way to support MAG is by making a company donation, whether you want to fund a specific area of our work or provide general unrestricted funding.

MAG needs to secure unrestricted funds so that we can remain responsive and flexible as an organisation. Funding secured in this way helps support the long-term goals of our existing programmes, as well as enabling MAG to develop programmes in new countries and respond to emergency situations around the world, as we did in Gaza in 2009.

Emergency response in Gaza

MAG was the first international NGO to enter Gaza after the 2009 ceasefire where we began clearance of unexploded ordnance (UXO) and provided ‘risk education’ to the local population. This work not only saved lives, but also made it safe for other NGOs to enter Gaza and provide emergency relief.

Project specific donation

If making a donation towards a specific country or area of our work is more appropriate for your company to ensure corporate social responsibility objectives are achieved, we can work with you to ensure that the most suitable project, programme or region is chosen. We will also ensure that you receive appropriate levels of reporting of how your money is spent for sharing with your stakeholders.

Tax relief

Gift Aid

Your business can also claim tax relief on a donation to MAG no matter how big or small.

Gifts in kind

The donation of goods or services can be just as valuable to MAG as financial support as it allows us to spend more of our money directly on our programmes around the world. Gift in kind support could include:

• Venues for events

• Auction prizes

• Expertise or training from your company

Support for our overseas programmes is also welcome, including: paramedic services, long-haul flights, cargo transport, batteries, diesel supply, bottled water and clothing.
